研究成果:
致力于从原子尺度级别出发设计、构建基于低维材料的新型纳米结构,包括可控生长及机理研究,原子分辨尺度上的结构和特性表征,以及新型光电功能器件的研制。相关工作发表在Science、 Nat. Commun.、PNAS、Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano、Nano Lett.等国际重要学术期刊上。多项工作被媒体报道和期刊高亮评论(NPGAsia Materials、Science Daily、the Engineer、Phys.org等)。
